Our packages are packed and shipped from Singapore.
For local mail within Singapore, there are two options:
Normal mail: Within Singapore and using a normal mail option, allow 2-14 working days for your parcel to reach you. As tracking is not available for this particular option, we will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via this normal mail option.
Registered mail: Registered parcels within Singapore will also be mailed using Singpost. Allow 2-7 working days for your parcel to reach you. After purchase has been made, a parcel-specific tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been sent out.
Both weight limits for these two options are 2kg.
For international mail outside of Singapore, all parcels will be shipped out using Singpost Registered Airmail. Note that shipping can take 2-10 working days for Malaysia, and 5 to 20 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world.

What is the lead time for orders?
As we do a quality check before sending our brushes to you, please allow a lead time from order to delivery is about 2-3 days. For urgent deliveries, please contact us at email@example.com or schedule a drop by at our studio to view and purchase the brushes on the spot at 17B Teo Hong Rd, Singapore 088329 (Opp Outram MRT Exit H).
If the durations of expected shipping delivery times have been met, there could have been a number of reasons why your order was not delivered (wrong addresses, letter box etc.). In those cases, the parcel will be bounced back to Bloom and we will arrange for a redelivery. However, we are not liable for any lost parcels if the normal mail option was selected.
For registered postage or international airmail, head to www.singpost.com to track your parcel using the tracking number we gave you when your parcel was sent out.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, we will only be able to if these conditions are met:
A. If the item is faulty or defected
– Kindly mail us with your request and a clear picture of the defected or faulty item.
– We will review your request and if confirmed, please mail the item to Bloom at 17B Teo Hong Rd, Singapore 088329
– All postage fees will be absorbed by us.
B. If you have received an incorrect item
We will be able to replace the same item with a new item of the original order or allow store credits. This will be done on a case by case basis. If you have an exchange request, kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your parcel bounced (meaning an unsuccessful delivery and parcel returned to our office by the postal service), we will need a top up for necessary postage if the parcel bounced because of the following reasons:
A. Incorrect/Insufficient address
B. Unclaimed/PO Box Closed/Faulty Letterbox
C. Moved or No such name/home/company
D. Refused/Unable to deliver
