Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

A. Paypal

B. Bank Transfer

C. Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express through Paypal

To utilise any of these payment methods, select the option on during check-out. For Bank transfer, once order has been submitted, we will email you our bank transfer details. Once payment has been made, we will commence to send you a confirmation email and confirm your class booking.

You do not need an account to place an order on our website, but we would love for you to make an account with us as it is easier to keep in touch with you.

What if I'd like to pay via bank transfer?

To pay via bank transfer, follow the following steps:

  1. Contact us via email bloom@bloombyroseanne.com or Whatsapp: +6596317081 with your purchase enquiry.
  2. We will get in touch with you soonest and will reply with our bank transfer details.
  3. Your class will only be confirmed after payment has been made. Once payment has been made, we will send over a confirmation email.

All payments can be made via ibanking to POSB Savings 247484345. Your order can only be held for 3 hours before being released if bank transfer has not been made yet. For special cases, please email us at bloom@bloombyroseanne.com.

Paying with Paypal or Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express

During check-out, select the Paypal option:

  1. The site will direct you to Paypal to make your payment, but instead of selecting “Pay with my Paypal” account, select “Pay with my debit or credit card”
  2. Fill in the necessary details and click submit

Paypal processes your credit/debit card securely through their payment gateway.
