How do I schedule a booking and make payment?

Here’s how you can schedule a class and booking with us:

a.) One to One Lesson/Signature Workshop 
(i)If payment is via Online Checkout:
– Purchase and add to cart a One to One lesson or Signature Workshop
– Choose to pay via Paypal or Credit Card
– Once payment has been made, we will be automatically notified and will email or text you directly to arrange the date and time of your lesson. We will also discuss the topics you’re most interested in learning.

(ii) If payment via bank transfer:
– Contact us at bloom@bloombyroseanne.com and make an enquiry. You may also contact us over Whatsapp at +6596317081
– We will arrange and schedule with you a reserve date of your lesson
– Once confirmed, we will furnish you with our bank details to make payment via bank transfer.
– Once payment has been made, we will confirm your date and send over a confirmation email.

b.) Bloom Revolution
Payment for Bloom Revolution package will be arranged via bank transfer:
– Contact us at bloom@bloombyroseanne.com and make an enquiry. You may also contact us over Whatsapp at +6596317081 with the package and classes that you have selected.
– We will arrange and schedule with you the first lesson date and time and confirm the rest of your selected classes.
– Once confirmed, we will  furnish you with our bank details to make payment via bank transfer.
– Once payment has been made, we will confirm your date and time and send over a confirmation email for your package. We will then arrange for the dates and times for the rest of your classes when ready.

What if I need to reschedule?

We are super flexible at Bloom. If you need to reschedule your lesson due to an unforeseen circumstance, we will help you reschedule your lesson. Please notify us at least a day in advance by texting or emailing us.

If you do not notify us and skip your  lesson, we cannot reschedule for you. This counts as a missed lesson on your part and we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Could I know more about the trial class?

A trial class is $45 per pax for a FULL Bloom Revolution make-up class. The normal price for a single Bloom revolution class is $70.

Our current promo states that you can choose between 4 Bloom Revolution topics:
a. Basic Eyeshadow
b. Contour, Blush and Highlighting
c. Flawless Base
d. Basic Eyeliner

In the form, simply select the class that you’d like to take along with your details including your name, email address and phone number. After submitting the form, or contacting us via email bloom@bloombyroseanne.com, we will get in touch with you to check your availabilities and confirm. Payment must be made before we confirm your slot via bank transfer. After payment has been made, we will send over a confirmation email.

Please note that:
– Trial class sign ups are only for those who have not yet taken any Bloom make-up classes with us. It is a First Timer trial promotion.
– Classes are considered group classes, but sometimes may be One to One if no one else can take your slot with you, or have picked a different topic. The class size therefore is either 1, or up to 6 pax.
– Rescheduling is allowed, but refunds are not. If you need to reschedule or cannot make your lesson, please notify us at least a day in advance and we will reschedule your lesson for you.
– If you miss your lesson, it counts as a missed lesson and therefore we cannot reschedule or refund you.

It is mins walk from Chinatown MRT Exit C. From the mrt exit, walk straight through the hawker centre/foodcourt to the back of the foodcourt and you will see a long staircase going up towards a heritage building. Walk up the staircase and walk up to the third floor. Turn left and Bloom Studio One will be at the first corridor on your right.

What is your refund policy?

We do not issue refunds for classes. We do however have an open schedule and are flexible about rescheduling. Simply reschedule at least a day in advance with us should you need to change your lesson date and time.

Do you provide BloomKIT for sale at the studio?

Yes we do. If you would like to come down and view the products or arrange a viewing, email us at bloom@bloombyroseanne.com.

Do I need to bring my make-up? or do you provide?

We provide all the makeup and tools you need for your class so you do not need to bring your own makeup and tools.

However, some students prefer to do so to learn how to use what they already have which is absolutely fine as well.

At our studio, we have available for purchase our make-up brushes. At the moment, we only accept cash so if you would like to purchase them, please bring ample change. You can see the prices which are the same on our online store: http://www.bloomkitbeauty.com.
